Senior strategists set the plan. AI agents run every bid, every minute.

We do not check on Tuesdays. We check every hour. Google Ads and Meta Ads under AdMax are run by a senior strategist who owns the relationship and the AAAT — our four AI agents — that own the always-on execution.

01 · How we run it

The pillars of the work.

Each pillar is operated by a named member of the AAAT or your senior strategist. None are optional — skipping any one creates a hole you will pay for later.

  1. 01

    Audit before scale

Every engagement begins with a full reconciliation of Google Ads against Shopify (or your source of revenue truth) against GA4. We do not scale spend on numbers we cannot verify. Sage owns this hourly forever after.

  2. 02

    Bid strategy on purpose

Performance Max, tROAS, Maximize Conversion Value, Manual CPC — each has a right use. Helm picks the bid strategy that fits the campaign's intent, not the dashboard's default. We have moved campaigns off broken caps and modeled double-digit-percent uplift in a single afternoon.

  3. 03

    Creative variance, ruthless cuts

Lab ships six to twelve RSAs per top campaign, dozens of Meta dynamic-creative variants, and pauses everything that does not beat the control inside the test window. Brand voice never drifts because the strategist owns the brief.

  4. 04

    Audience guardrails

Lookalikes, exclusions, custom-audience refreshes. Lookout flags competitor moves; the strategist decides which to react to and which to ignore. No more spend on audiences the data has been telling you to drop for months.

  5. 05

    Live reconciliation

Sage reconciles ad-platform conv value against actual Shopify revenue daily. If a tracking gap opens, paid is paused until it closes. The dashboard never lies twice.

02 · What ships

The deliverables.

  • 03Creative variant queue managed by Lab against the strategist's brief.

03 · Questions

Answers in plain English.

The same questions buyers ask in a sales call. Same answers we give.

  • Do you require minimum ad spend?

No fixed minimum, but the AAAT operating model works best at $10K+/mo combined media spend. Below that the always-on labor cost is harder to recover for either side. Talk to a senior strategist about your specific case.

  • Which platforms do you run?

Google Ads (Search, Performance Max, Shopping, YouTube), Meta Ads (Facebook, Instagram), and any tightly-integrated affiliate or partner channel that ties back to your Shopify or CRM. We do not run platforms we cannot reconcile against revenue truth.

  • Who owns the account access?

You do. Always. AdMax operates inside your Google Ads MCC and your Meta Business Manager — accounts in your name, paid by your card. Day one or day three hundred, you revoke access and walk away with the work.

  • How fast can you start?

From signed agreement to first creative shipped: seven days. Most agencies need six weeks of "onboarding." The AAAT is what makes this possible.

  • How do you report?

Weekly strategist readout (written, plain English). Live dashboard always on. Monthly board-grade review meeting. We never send a dashboard link and call that reporting.
