Who we are

AdMax is a marketing agency based in Miami, Florida. This policy covers admax.cool and the conversations that start there. Questions about it go to admax@admax.cool.

What we collect

• What you send us. When you fill in a form, email us or message us on WhatsApp, we receive what you give us: usually your name, email address, phone number, company and your message.
• How you found us. If you arrive through a link with campaign tags (for example from an ad or a post), the site keeps those tags in your browser for the visit and sends them along with a form, so we know which campaign brought you.
• How the site is used. We use Google Analytics 4 to see which pages are visited, roughly from where, on what kind of device and from which referring site. Google Analytics uses cookies, and we ask it to anonymize IP addresses.
• Technical logs. Our hosting provider records standard request information, such as IP address, browser and time, to keep the site secure and working.

How we use it

• To reply to you and book the free call you asked for.
• To do the work if you become a client.
• To understand which pages and campaigns help people find us, and improve them.
• To keep the site secure and stop spam.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for other companies' advertising.

Who processes it for us

We use a small number of service providers, who handle data on our behalf:

• Vercel, which hosts the site and stores form submissions privately.
• Google, for Google Analytics.
• IONOS, which carries our email.
• Search Atlas, an SEO tool whose script runs on our pages.
• Meta, if you choose to message us on WhatsApp.

We may also share information if the law requires it, or to protect our rights and the safety of others.

Cookies and your choices

Google Analytics sets cookies in your browser. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, or install Google's opt out add on at tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout. The site works without them.

How long we keep it

We keep messages and form submissions for as long as we need them to talk with you and, if you become a client, to do the work and keep business records. Analytics data is kept according to the retention setting of our Google Analytics account. Ask us and we will delete your information unless we have to keep it by law.

Your rights

You can ask us what information we hold about you, ask us to correct it or delete it, and ask us to stop contacting you. Write to admax@admax.cool or message us on WhatsApp at +1 786 942 1532. We will answer, in English or Spanish.

Children

This site is for businesses. It is not meant for children, and we do not knowingly collect information from them.

Security

We use reasonable safeguards, such as encrypted connections and private storage for form submissions. No method of sending or storing data is perfectly secure.

Changes

If we change this policy, we update this page and the date at the top. For anything else, book a free call or write to us.
